GMapCatcher

GMapCatcher is an application that allows you to dowload some areas of maps from CloudMe, OpenstreetMap and Google Maps to check them afterwards when you'll be offline.

The procedure is very simple. You only ave to choose longitude and tatitude of the area. Then, the program will download the images of the map of the zone.

Once the images are downloaded, you can browse the map in the same way you use Google Earth. Drag images with the mouse to move and click an area to zoom in.

Set marks to remember places, restaurants or notes. GMapCatcher can be really useful if you are planning a trip and you don't know if there is Internet Connection where you are going. Using GMapCatcher you'll be sure you'll check the map.
